9/20 Notes

We’re hosting the protest the 28th…at 3:00 p.m. we are going to meet at the civil war monument and then march to cutler hall with our demands. We divided up the work…so here’s what everyone’s doing!

Making Flyers by Monday (meeting at 7:00 pm Sunday at Bush Hall): Amanda, Detroit, Sam

Putting up Flyers: EVERYONE! Expect to get a copy of them on the list serve by monday

Writing Speeches: Paul, Detroit, Amanda, Hank, Will

Calling the Police ahead of time and moderating the protest: Olivia

Press Conference: Art, Jarrell, Derek..Monday at 6:00 pm

Banner: Everyone…working on it at the next meeting

Talk to Student Groups: a lot of people….by wednesday!

List of Demands: as many people as possible….meeting at Donkey, Saturday, at 5:00 p.m.
